Damaged Goods upon Delivery

In the event that the products you’ve ordered arrive in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition, please reach out to LANGVERWACHT WINES to facilitate a replacement, subject to the following conditions:

  1. Kindly notify us of any issues with your order within 3 days of its original delivery.
  2. The item(s) you ordered should remain intact, with the exception of any damage noted upon delivery, and must be in their original packaging.
